During the California Gold Rush, over 300,000 people traveled by boat, wagon, and horse thousands of miles for the chance of trying to find gold. Most late arrivals made little or lost money. The work was hard. People died.
At this very moment, we’re in the middle of our very own gold rush. And we don’t even have to do much traveling except rolling out of bed. The work is easy, the how-to is in video format, and nobody is dying.
But the pandemic has lit a fire under the butts of the average Joe who is now doing most of his transactions in our domain.
As more people work remotely, more opportunities will be uncovered.
Average people are going to start realizing what we do. Free education is everywhere now. More competition will enter your space. Yes, your space.

- If you just started this year, you’re right on time. Start building assets. Now.
- If you’re reading this 2-5 years later, you’re a late miner. It’s going to be an uphill climb.
If I ever catch myself squandering my time, I remind myself of this perspective. And it is motivating.
